Job summary

CYB Human Resources is hiring a full-time, remote Business Development Representative. Based in Fort Lauderdale, you’ll work a 40-hour week with a flexible Monday–Friday schedule between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. ET, focusing on relationship-building over aggressive selling.

You’ll initiate conversations via calls, LinkedIn, email, webinars, and networking, manage your pipeline in HubSpot, and nurture qualified opportunities toward sales. There is potential for commissions and career growth.

Qualifications

• At least five years of outbound sales or business development experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with high-volume outbound outreach via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
• Ability to generate qualified opportunities and follow up consistently.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative communication skills.
• Strong judgment and attention to detail to protect prospect relationships.
• Ability to adapt messaging per prospect's needs and stage.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships and nurture prospects over time.
• Move qualified opportunities toward a sales conversation when timing is right.
• Manage and document pipeline in HubSpot with consistent follow-up.
• Take initiative and provide feedback to improve outreach strategies.
