Bluelight is a growing software consultancy seeking a skilled outbound sales professional. You will conduct high-volume prospecting using HubSpot and multiple channels, targeting decision-makers in technology and software sectors. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Apollo, Clay, Instantly and ZoomInfo is required.
• Experience in B2B sales or inside sales in tech/software is preferred.
• Excellent English communication and customer-service approach is essential.
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting daily (80–150+ activities/day) via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and SMS.
• Use HubSpot to manage outreach tasks, cadences, and follow-ups.
• Build targeted prospect lists using Apollo and Clay aligned with ICP.
• Run multi-touch sequences to engage prospects and drive responses.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timeline.
