Hubexo, a software provider for the global construction industry, seeks a Business Development Representative to drive North America sales from a fully remote position with occasional travel to industry events and meetings.

The successful candidate will prospect territorywide, use phone, email, and LinkedIn to create opportunities, and maintain a steady pipeline of warm leads while advancing through a defined sales path.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within your territory to identify and research timely, high-value targets.
• Utilize our sales tech stack to perform consistent, daily cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate new sales opportunities.
• Generate new opportunities (meetings) by leveraging daily phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and occasional live events to schedule qualified meetings.
• Manage a pipeline of warm leads and keep them engaged through regular follow up.
• Identify best practices and enhance your prospecting strategy as you develop your sales skills in the role.
• Measure your results and work with your manager to optimize them.
