Job summary

Lob is seeking a Business Development Representative to raise awareness and generate interest through cold calls, emails, and social outreach. You will learn Lob’s products and tailor outreach to educate and convert prospects, organizing a multi-channel strategy and scheduling meetings for Account Executives.

The ideal candidate is customer obsessed, self-motivated, and ready to build effective cadences while tracking all activities to contribute to a scalable outbound motion.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of progressively responsible business development or inside sales related sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build awareness and interest for Lob through cold calling, emails, and social outreach
• Develop a deep understanding Lob’s products and effectively communicate their benefits to prospects
• Build and tailor outreach to prospects, building effective strategies to educate and convert prospects
• Organize and implement a multi-channel strategy, maximizing your outreach efforts by developing effective communications across calls, emails, and social messaging
• Schedule meetings on Account Executives calendars and support initial meetings + outreach
• Ensure all activities are accurately logged and tracked
