AutoEngage is an AI communication platform built for franchised dealership groups, with a focus on the service side of the business: customer communication, retention, repair order growth, and fixed-ops revenue.

This is an outbound sales development role. Your job is to identify strong-fit dealership accounts, create interest, book qualified demos, and help our sales team start real conversations with service directors, general managers, dealer principals, and group-level operators.

Qualifications

• The core requirement is outbound sales skill.
• We can teach the dealership service business; candidates must already know how to get a busy decision-maker on the phone.
• B2B outbound experience in any industry where you cold-called operators and booked meetings that turned into real pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect franchised dealerships and dealer groups across assigned markets.
• Reach service directors, general managers, dealer principals, and corporate dealership leaders by phone, email, LinkedIn, and Salesloft.
• Book qualified demos for the sales team.
• Research accounts before outreach so your messaging sounds relevant, not canned.
• Use HubSpot to maintain clean account, contact, activity, and meeting records.
• Work with Regional Sales Managers to support territory plans, field routes, and dealership-group opportunities.
• Build repeatable outbound plays around service communication, missed opportunities, retention, and repair order growth.
• Learn how larger dealership groups evaluate technology, expand products across rooftops, and make service-lane decisions.
