Job summary

This remote role requires 50-70% travel, and you’ll work across automotive retail, AI tech, and integration patterns to maximize customer value and loyalty. You’ll help shape the playbook for future deployments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on integration experience wiring a product to external systems via APIs, webhooks, or config tools and validated end-to-end.
• Troubleshooting, log diagnosis, ability to reproduce issues, read logs, and isolate config problems from product bugs.
• Experience delivering customer training or enablement, ideally to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own dealer implementations end-to-end — kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
• Configure solutions to each rooftop by translating dealer workflows into product configuration through discovery and engineering collaboration.
• Validate data flow across systems (customer, availability, recall, RO) before go-live.
• Train non-technical dealership staff to full adoption and manage the change.
• Run the implementation like a project — manage timeline and stakeholders.
