Military, Veterans and Diverse Job Seekers is seeking a Business Development Representative in San Diego to drive outbound outreach and build a robust pipeline. You will work closely with Account Executives, target nonprofit accounts, and reach decision makers through multiple channels.

You’ll qualify opportunities, conduct discovery, and document activities in Salesforce, aiming to consistently surpass monthly quotas with a proactive growth mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ years inside sales or related experience (phone/web).
• Outbound prospecting experience required.
• Excellent listening, verbal and written skills.
• No fear of the phones and ability to reach decision makers.
• Growth mindset with adaptability and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Target accounts with multiple channels to build a robust pipeline.
• Conduct discovery calls with high-level decision makers.
• Qualify and manage a Salesforce-based sales pipeline using MEDDIC.
• Document activities accurately in Salesforce and forecast reliably.
• Exceed monthly quotas through proactive growth and iteration.
• Adapt to change while staying organized and coachable.
