Job summary

Climate First Bank is seeking a Business Development Officer (BDO) for its Structured Finance Division to originate, structure, and close new ABL and factoring opportunities. You will manage client relationships, coordinate with underwriting and credit teams, and stay ahead of market trends to build a robust deal pipeline.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Business or Finance (MBA a plus) and bring 5+ years in factoring/ABL. A remote U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with prospective clients.
• Develop and execute a strategy to meet or exceed annual new business funding targets.
• Leverage industry networks, referral sources, and marketing strategies to generate a pipeline of leads.
