Job summary

Climate First Bank is seeking a Structured Finance Business Development Officer to originate, structure, and close factoring and asset-based lending opportunities across the United States. You will manage client relationships, build a strong pipeline, and coordinate with underwriting to close deals in a remote, nationwide setting.

Requirements include 5+ years in factoring/ABL, a business/finance degree (MBA preferred), and strong negotiation and CRM/financial analysis tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in factoring, ABL, or commercial finance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure, and close new business opportunities in Structured Finance.
• Develop and manage relationships with referral partners, brokers, CPAs, attorneys, and industry associations.
• Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and credit teams to close deals efficiently.
