TalentSphere Staffing Solutions Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for Renewable Energy Engineering. This role focuses on opening doors with solar and BESS developers, EPC contractors, and partners, while shaping the company’s growth trajectory.

Ideal candidates will have BD success in renewable energy, engineering services, and a strong grasp of project lifecycles. This remote position offers California-based flexibility and Pacific Time Zone alignment.

Qualifications

Proven business development success within renewable energy, engineering services, EPC, or project development.
Deep understanding of engineering processes and project lifecycles.
Knowledge of solar PV, battery storage, and related energy infrastructure.

Responsabilités

Identify and secure new business with solar and BESS developers, EPC contractors, and industry partners.
Build strategic relationships with decision-makers and expand the customer base.
Develop and manage a pipeline of engineering and design services opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering leadership on technical proposals, project requirements, and commercial solutions.
Identify new markets, strategic partnerships, and opportunities for long-term growth.
Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings.
