Watts Water Technologies is seeking a seasoned Applications Business Development Manager to support Hydronic Cooling, Process Water, and HVAC applications for Commercial, Industrial, and data center verticals. The role emphasizes specification development, field training, and strong customer partnerships, with significant travel expected.

The candidate should bring 7+ years in technical sales, 3+ years in flow control, and deep knowledge of hydronic systems, valves, and actuation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical and field sales environments.
• 3+ years in flow control industry with understanding of valve and actuation applications.
• Working understanding of hydronic cooling, process piping, HVAC & actuation valves in Commercial/Industrial plumbing, HVAC and Industrial process industry.
• Strong problem-solving and creative solution skills.
• Customer-centric mindset.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Travel Required: 70%.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical field support for Hydronic Cooling, Process Water, Technical Water & HVAC systems and their plumbing.
• Deliver training for installation, commissioning, operation and field repair.
• Support sales agents, end-users, engineering firms and contractors with product selection and specifications.
• Develop long-term relationships with end-users, customers, contractors and engineers to drive specifications.
• Develop and deliver classroom and hands-on training for end users, contractors and sales agents.
