Jones Stephens is hiring a Business Development Manager to lead the strategy and execution for gas piping systems. The role focuses on growing share by engaging contractors and wholesale distribution, with remote work flexibility in the US and preference for the Mid-South region.

The candidate will build demand, coordinate with branch leadership, and drive conversion through pricing, training and market alignment. Strong leadership and travel are required.

Competenze

• 5+ years of business development, field sales, product management or channel-growth experience.
• Experience converting incumbent products and launching new categories in multi-location distribution networks.
• Ability to communicate technical product value and present to contractors, branch teams, executives and code officials.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a national growth plan for gas piping systems across wholesale channels.
• Lead adoption strategy with wholesale branch leadership, inventory, pricing and training.
• Build and manage a pipeline of contractors, projects and opportunities in CRM with accurate forecasts.
• Deliver product, application and sales-strategy training to contractors and market influencers.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to refine positioning and needs.
