Job summary

Northpoint Recovery is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive outbound marketing and revenue in the Lincoln, NE market. The role requires coordinating with referral sources, internal teams, and leadership to maximize profitability while aligning with core values.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in behavioral health business development, a valid driver’s license, and proven independence in managing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience required.
• 2+ years of business development experience within the behavioral health field with a proven track record of growing programs and census.
• Experience with adult substance use, adolescent and young adult populations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Self-motivated, organized and a passion to help.
• Highly energetic and focused sales personality.
• Demonstrated ability to develop both internal and external long-term business relationships.
• Proven skills in working independently on several projects and presentations simultaneously.
• Prior experience using KIPU or other CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan to meet financial and market goals.
• Service existing referral sources and establish new referrals to increase revenue.
• Adjust presentations content for different referral sources.
• Plan territory to retain and grow revenue with partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client/patient outcomes.
• Work with BD, Admissions, Billing, Marketing and support functions.
• Use CRM and analytics for forecasting and decisions.
• Achieve established KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Coordinate trade shows, conventions and clinical meetings.
