Job summary

BriteLife Recovery is seeking a Business Development Director to expand access to behavioral health care through strategic referral relationships for the Princeton outpatient program and related services. You will educate partners, patients, and families on clinical value, align referrals with levels of care, and drive admissions across residential, IOP, and outpatient pathways.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in building and managing strategic referral networks.
• Ability to articulate clinical value propositions to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of behavioral health care pathways and levels of care.

Responsibilities

• Drive referral generation, admissions, and census growth for Princeton outpatient programs.
• Develop quarterly BD strategies to expand volume across active, dormant, and new accounts.
• Represent the organization at industry events and meetings with hospitals, clinicians, and community partners.
• Maintain CRM records with referral sources, activities, and pipeline status.
