Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Business Development Specialist for Lincoln, NE, offering remote work with daily travel in the Lincoln market. The role reports to the Director of Business Development, with hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm and some weekends.

Compensation is $65,000-$85,000 per year. The position drives outreach and revenue growth for Northpoint facilities, promoting services to exclusive audiences and serving as a trusted face to customers while upholding core values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience required.
• 2+ years of business development experience within the behavioral health field with a proven track record of growing programs and census.
• Experience working with adult substance use, adolescent and young adult populations preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Self-motivated, organized and a passion to help.
• Highly energetic and focused sales personality.
• Demonstrated ability to develop both internal and external long-term business relationships.
• Prior experience using CRM systems (KIPU or similar).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business plan designed to meet and exceed financial, market, and operational goals for your territory.
• Service existing referral sources and establish new ones to drive revenue in the regional territory.
• Adjust presentations based on referral source type.
• Plan territory to retain and penetrate referrals and cultivate community partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions for client/patient outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally with BD, Admissions, Billing, Marketing and internal support.
• Use CRM and other planning tools for forecasting and strategic decisions.
• Meet established KPIs and report progress to leadership.
• Assist with trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings.
• Provide high quality resource support to staff and treatment team.
