Job summary

Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Software Change Management SME to support migration projects using DBB/GIT/IDD solutions. The role requires a strong z/OS and mainframe background, plus hands-on migration experience and customer-facing skills.

In this remote U.S. role, you will lead Endevor migrations, perform installation and configuration, train customers, and collaborate with client teams to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Systems Programmer or similar role.
• Proven 5-7 years installation and migration on IBM z/OS.
• 4+ years customer-facing consulting experience.
• Strong problem determination and troubleshooting related to IMU.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Endevor and other SCMs migration projects.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot DBB/GIT/IDD on customer systems.
• Analyze, convert, and validate Endevor applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DBB/GIT/IDD.
• Conduct customer training sessions and develop materials for DBB/Git/IDD and migration processes.
• Collaborate with client teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Document migration processes, best practices, and resolutions.
