Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B business development or sales experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong CRM discipline, Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full new-business sales cycle from prospecting to close for ECAM’s CCTV and video security solutions.
• Lead a consultative discovery process and develop persuasive business cases.
• Create and deliver high-impact proposals, RFP responses, and exec-level presentations.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce with up-to-date milestones.
• Develop a strategic territory plan and target high-value accounts.
• Collaborate with operations and internal stakeholders for seamless delivery.
• Support go-to-market initiatives with the BD and BDR teams.
