Job summary

Aqua-Aerobic Systems, Inc. is hiring a Business Development Manager-Industrial to drive growth in the food & beverage, protein processing, and dairy markets. This remote position requires substantial travel (up to 70%) to customer sites and events, focusing on selling treatment technologies and solutions for industrial water operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven sales track record in these industries, strong consultative selling skills, and established relationships at various levels within organizations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in food & beverage, protein processing, or dairy industries.
• Proven track record of sales success in the target markets.
• Established network of contacts at multiple organizational levels (plant, corporate, engineering/design).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for targeted facilities.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting and presentations.
• Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams for successful delivery.
