Job summary

Marmon Holdings, Inc. is seeking a technically oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth for MetSorb across municipal and industrial water treatment markets in North America. You will interface with customers, distributors, engineers, and regulators to expand opportunities.

The role requires strong business development and technical sales skills, with travel up to 40–50% and collaboration with Operations, R&D, and Product Management to support commercialization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science, or a related technical field preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in water treatment, environmental technologies, adsorption, or related industrial markets.
• Experience with municipal water treatment projects preferred.
• Demonstrated success in business development, technical sales, account management, or market development roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies for MetSorb across municipal and industrial water treatment.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new project opportunities through direct engagement and partners.
• Expand distributor, dealer, OEM, and engineering consultant relationships.
• Maintain an active project pipeline with updates and forecasts.
• Support pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements; achieve revenue targets.
• Travel throughout USA and Canada up to 40–50% as needed.
