Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to travel across VA and NC.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong planning, organizational, delegation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional Ductless product sales growth with account managers.
• Build consultative relationships with residential customers and builders.
• Provide high-level technical product sales training to staff.
• Represent Trane at industry associations and trade shows.
• Stay up-to-date on rebates, incentives, and codes in VA and NC.
