Job summary

Trane Technologies in Carrollton, Texas is hiring a Ductless Technical Specialist to join our team. You will work closely with contractor customers and internal teams to support installation, startup, commissioning, and ongoing success of Trane VRF and ductless products.

The role requires 2–5 years VRF experience, willingness to travel up to 20% overnight, strong public speaking skills, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of VRF experience required.
• Public speaking and presenting experience required.
• Willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum 12 months with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Support VRF/Ductless post-sales product success.
• Monitor and report field activity to meet customer needs.
• Provide training to area staff and customers as required.
• Assist startup and commissioning of VRF and Ductless products.
• Build consultative relationships with owners and contracting customers.
• Document detailed reports and communicate with stakeholders.
