Jobot seeks a Business Development Manager to own the full sales cycle in the DC/Baltimore market. This true hunter role rewards cold outreach, closing new logos, and building a pipeline into revenue with commercial property managers, HOAs, and facility decision makers.

You’ll work with autonomy, receive a base salary of $85,000–$90,000 plus uncapped commission, a company vehicle, and a strong benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement with company match, and flexible time

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related experience, with 3+ years in B2B sales.
• Strong track record in commercial or HOA services sales is ideal.
• Self-generated pipeline with ability to build relationships quickly.
• Comfortable with CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Build relationships with property managers, HOAs, and facility decision makers.
• Develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate to win.
