Jobot is seeking a Business Development Manager for the DC/Baltimore market with a remote-capable setup in Bowie, MD. You will own the full sales cycle, targeting commercial property managers, HOAs, and facility decision makers while building relationships and driving revenue.

This hunter role offers base salary $85,000–$90,000 plus uncapped commission, benefits, and autonomy to grow a $1M annual target within a support-ready organization.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of related experience, with 3+ years in B2B sales.
• Landscape industry background is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Own the full sales cycle in the DC/Baltimore market, from prospecting to close.
• Build relationships with commercial property managers, HOAs, and facility decision makers through cold calling, networking, trade shows, and your own market research.
• Put together job estimates and bid proposals in partnership with operations.
• Respond to RFPs and walk clients through the pitch and negotiation.
• Carry and hit a $1M annual sales target.
• Stay close to your clients after the ink dries so they become repeat business and referrals.
