QuidelOrtho seeks a Business Development Manager, Clinical Lab- Midwest to drive new customer acquisitions in WI, MN, IA, MO, KS. Remote role reporting to Regional Sales Manager. Travel up to 70% required to prospect and close. Education: Bachelor's degree; 5+ years healthcare sales, B2B/distribution knowledge.

Responsibilities include converting competitive accounts, driving instrument placements, building strategic territory plans, and collaborating with internal teams to meet quotas and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry with B2B or distribution sales experience.
• Strong business development, strategic marketing and data analysis skills.

Responsabilités

• Convert competitive or new customer accounts and drive opportunities to close.
• Drive instrument placements within an assigned territory.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to pursue and convert customers.
• Collaborate with Strategic Account Executives and internal teams.
• Provide timely forecasts and CRM updates; align with Marketing for opportunities.
