Job summary

Coroplast Tape Corporation seeks a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the building and construction market from a remote US location. You will engage contractors, distributors, builders and developers, guiding opportunities from specification through project execution while coordinating with internal teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in business development, sales, or account management in building/construction.
• Experience with contractors, distributors, builders, developers, or related partners.
• Experience in specification-driven sales and project-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer acquisition and expand business within the building/construction market and region.
• Lead specification and business development activities with contractors, distributors, builders, developers.
• Manage accounts as the liaison between customers, project management, and internal teams.
• Identify market trends and develop growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
• Coordinate regional and internal sales activities to support revenue growth.
• Negotiate and finalize framework agreements and related commercial proposals.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, workshops, seminars and other events.
• Collaborate with Global Sales Managers to support strategic accounts and market development.
• Clarify technical questions with development and production teams.
• Perform other duties as required.
