Job summary

Internet Testing Systems (ITS) is a technology company specializing in online assessment and certification programs. This Business Development Manager role focuses on identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities across ITS’s market segments and product portfolio.

The role is an individual contributor position within a lean commercial team, with responsibility for the full sales cycle, from outreach to close, supported by a pipeline, leads, and internal experts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or a closely related client-facing role.
• Experience selling technology solutions or SaaS products in a B2B environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience in assessment, credentialing, certification, education technology, or testing-services industry is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ownership of complex customer opportunities across multiple stages.

Responsibilities

• Represent ITS at industry events, conferences, webinars, and thought-leadership opportunities.
• Generate and qualify new sales leads for ITS’s core products through various channels.
• Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation through close, with CRM tracking.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align strategies and drive growth across segments.
• Prepare contract terms and pricing with internal stakeholders to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Develop demonstrations, proposals, and presentations to communicate ITS value.
• Stay informed about ITS product suite and advocate for enhancements.
• Provide status updates for executive briefings aligned with leadership priorities.
