Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with technical aptitude to understand software systems.
• 5+ years of technical project management experience.
• 5+ years of client management experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns client relationships with external customers and leads project requests.
• Ensures timely delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.
• Builds and maintains project plans and progress reports to milestones.
• Analyzes interdependencies to structure schedules and resources.
• Monitors progress and intervenes to meet quality, time, and budget goals.
