Job summary

Infinitice, LLC, a Louisville-based IT staffing and data solutions firm, is seeking a remote Business Development Executive to open doors, build relationships, and drive new business across IT staffing and data services.

This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position with uncapped earning potential and a clearly defined path to a W-2 role based on quarterly performance and targets.

Qualifications

• Proven success in generating new business and meeting targets.
• Existing relationships with IT executives, hiring managers, or procurement leaders.
• Ability to work remotely, self-motivate, and manage an independent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new client accounts across IT staffing and related services.
• Build relationships with decision-makers at mid-market, enterprise, and government organizations.
• Manage the business development cycle from introduction through signed contract.
• Identify opportunities for data governance and analytics services and collaborate on closing those engagements.
• Expand client relationships into additional departments and service lines.
• Collaborate with recruiting to meet client requirements quickly.
