Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Director to drive new logo acquisition and expand whitespace opportunities across EPAM's target industries.

This role is remote from the West and focuses on enterprise clients, engaging senior leaders to position EPAM as a strategic transformation partner. You will own the full sales lifecycle, build a strong pipeline, and collaborate with delivery teams to tailor solutions in digital transformation, data and AI.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in IT sales or business development focusing on enterprise accounts.
• Proven track record closing multi-billion dollar deals with a consultative, multi-discipline team.
• Strong West Coast network within HCLS industries and senior stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own new logo acquisition across target enterprise accounts and drive net-new revenue.
• Build and manage a proactive pipeline using outreach, campaigns and events.
• Position EPAM as a trusted partner in digital transformation, data, cloud and AI.
• Lead end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospecting to deal closure.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client challenges.
