Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Virtual BCBA to join our youth clinic. This remote role offers a flexible schedule while delivering evidence-based behavioral interventions and staff training. Board-certified behavior analysts will assess, design, and monitor behavior plans across settings.

You will conduct functional analyses, provide direct treatment, and participate in relevant committees to ensure high-quality care for youth clients.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and memos.
• Must be able to present information to individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Models and trains staff in Positive Behavior Support.
• Serves on Interdisciplinary Teams with behavioral expertise.
• Responsible for Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.
• Conducts functional analyses and behavior assessments.
• Provides direct behavioral treatment via replacement skills and social skills training.
• Participates in on-call rotation for behavior issues.
