Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services seeks a Virtual BCBA licensed in Missouri to deliver behavior-analytic services remotely for youth in our newer clinic programs. You will design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans and train staff in Positive Behavior Support.

Work from home with a flexible schedule and participate in interdisciplinary teams, risk management, and ethics compliance. Requires BCBA certification and Missouri licensure; two years of relevant experience preferred.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Two years’ experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• 10 hours of annual training related to behavior supports.

Responsibilities

• Models and trains staff in Positive Behavior Support.
• Serves on Interdisciplinary Teams with behavioral expertise.
• Responsible for Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.
• Conducts descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses.
• Provides direct behavioral treatment via replacement skills, social skills, crisis de-escalation and more.
• Participates in on-call rotation for behavior issues.
• Monitors restraint use and provides training to reduce.
• Monitors challenging behavior and participates in relevant committees.
• Delivers individualized services to meet treatment needs per clinic requirements.
• Learn and follow all policies and procedures.
