Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Virtual BCBA to support youth clinics with flexible, work-from-home scheduling. The role emphasizes behavioral assessment, plan development, and direct services using replacement skills and data-driven decisions.

Requirements include BCBA certification and 2+ years of experience with individuals with IDD, plus ongoing CEUs. The position is remote but may involve collaboration with Missouri, Georgia, Arkansas, Nebraska, and Kansas

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Two years' experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• 10 hours of annual training in behavior supports required.

Responsibilities

• Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support.
• Serve on Interdisciplinary Teams with behavior expertise.
• Assess, design, train, monitor and report on behavior plans.
• Conduct functional analyses and interpret results.
