Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Virtual BCaBA to support clients with neurodevelopmental needs through evidence-based behavior analytic services. The role focuses on assessment, planning, and training within a flexible, work-from-home schedule.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, conduct functional analyses, implement replacement skills, and participate in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Two years’ experience with the identified population and data collection.

Responsibilities

• Train staff in Positive Behavior Support principles and techniques.
• Serve on Interdisciplinary Teams providing behavioral expertise.
• Conduct Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring and reporting.
• Perform functional analyses and interpret behavioral data.
• Deliver direct behavioral treatment using replacement skills and social skills training.
• Participate in on-call rotation for behavior issues.
• Monitor restraint use and provide reduction training.
• Participate in relevant committees and tailor services to patients’ needs.
