Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care invites applications for a Virtual BCaBA/BCBA position with work-from-home flexibility and a schedule designed for balance.

The role focuses on implementing and supervising Positive Behavior Support plans, conducting functional assessments, and delivering behavior-analytic services across settings while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Two years of experience with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Annual 10 hours CE training related to behavior supports.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Models and trains staff in Positive Behavior Support.
• Serves as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) providing expertise re: behavioral issues.
• Responsible for Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.
• Conducts descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, and provides interpretations.
• Provides direct behavioral treatment via replacement skills training, social skills training, crisis de-escalation, group and individual treatment, and/or skills coaching.
• Participates in on-call rotation for behavior issues.
• Monitors restraint use and provides training to reduce.
• Monitors challenging behavior.
• Participates in Behavior Intervention Committee, Human Rights Committee and other committees.
