Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a Virtual BCaBA to support treatment plans for individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes data collection, behavior plan implementation, and collaboration with IDTs.

In this PRN, you will deliver evidence-based interventions, train staff, and participate in crisis management when needed. A flexible, remote schedule and meaningful impact on clients’ lives are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline; BCBA certification required.
• Two years of experience with individuals with IDD.
• 10 hours of annual training related to behavior supports.

Responsibilities

• Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support (PBS).
• Be a member of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) providing behavioral expertise.
• Assess and design Behavior Plans, train, monitor and report on them.
• Conduct descriptive and functional analyses and interpret results.
• Provide direct behavioral treatment via replacement skills/social skills and crisis de-escalation.
• Participate in on-call rotation for behavior issues.
