Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services through SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Virtual BCBA to support youth-focused interventions remotely. The role involves training staff, designing and monitoring behavior plans, and conducting functional assessments to guide replacement skills training and group activities.

The position requires BCBA certification, 2+ years with relevant populations, and ongoing CEU activities.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Two years' experience with youths with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Annual 10 hours CEU training related to behavior supports.

Responsibilities

• Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support.
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Teams providing behavioral expertise.
• Responsible for Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring and reporting.
• Conduct descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses.
