Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline; BCBA certification required.
• Strong reading/writing skills and ability to present information clearly.
• Experience with data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
• Afternoon/evening availability and willingness to work in remote/ hybrid settings.

Responsibilities

• Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodologies.
• Serve on IDTs providing behavior analysis expertise.
• Conduct behavior plan assessments, design, training, monitoring and reporting.
• Perform descriptive and functional behavior assessments with analyses.
• Provide direct behavioral treatment and crisis de-escalation in multiple settings.
• Monitor restraint use and reduce where appropriate; support committee work.
• Deliver individualized services for specialty IC clinic patients and comply with regulations.
