Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs across various settings, including telehealth, clinic-based, in-home, or school environments. The role emphasizes individualized, compassionate care aligned with BACB standards.

You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, supervise RBTs and BCaBA candidates, and deliver caregiver training to promote skill generalization.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise ABA therapy programs
• Monitor patient progress with data collection and analysis
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCaBA candidates
• Provide caregiver training and coaching for generalization of ABA strategies
• Maintain clinical documentation accurately and on time
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and Medicaid/insurance billing standards
