Job summary

All Care Therapies is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design, supervise, and evaluate ABA programs across virtual, in-home, clinic, school, and facility settings. The role emphasizes individualized patient care and clinical excellence aligned with BACB ethics.

Responsibilities include assessments, data-driven treatment planning, and collaboration with SLPs, OTs, and educators, while supervising RBTs and BCaBA candidates.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active state licensure where required by the state of practice.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of ABA clinical experience, including direct therapy and supervision.
• Proficiency in ABA assessment tools (FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, or equivalent).
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and data collection platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain a background clearance per ACT and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, supervise, and evaluate ABA therapy programs.
• Deliver direct ABA services to patients.
• Conduct FBAs and skill assessments to identify treatment priorities.
• Monitor progress with data collection and adjust plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, physicians, and educators.
• Supervise RBTs and BCaBA candidates per BACB standards.
• Provide ongoing training and performance feedback to supervisees.
• Ensure fidelity of treatment plans across service settings.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and compliance with regulations.
