Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking a BCBA Recruiter / TA Business Partner to join the Talent Acquisition team. This exempt role focuses on BCBA recruitment, with remote work and an incentive program up to $2,000 per hire. Responsible for recruiting, resume review, phone screens, and onboarding coordination across HR and location teams.

Preferred background includes ABA experience; strong communication, organization, and proficiency with ATS and MS Office are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience recruiting behavioral health or psychology positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of online hiring practices, behavioral-based interviewing, and tracking processes.
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition practices and trends.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and common office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to manage time with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting/sourcing, resume review, phone screens, and data tracking.
• Open job postings in ATS and manage candidate pipelines.
• Interview candidates and extend offers of employment.
• Coordinate onboarding with HR and location teams.
• Ensure compliance with policies and candidate communications.
