Job summary

Applied ABC in Glendale, AZ is seeking a BCBA Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end recruitment of BCBA professionals across multiple states. You will build pipelines, engage passive candidates, and partner with clinical leadership to align hires with patient care goals.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in specialized BCBA recruitment, strong knowledge of BCBA licensure and supervision requirements, and a track record of filling hard-to-fill roles.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of specialized BCBA recruitment experience.
• Experience filling high-volume and hard-to-fill roles across multiple states.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle BCBA recruitment across multiple states.
• Build and maintain a proactive BCBA candidate pipeline.
• Partner with clinical leadership to define hiring needs and compensation.
• Represent Applied ABC at ABA conferences and career fairs.
• Track and report recruiting metrics and market insights.
