Job summary

Ability Builders in Indianapolis is looking for a motivated BCBA Recruiter to join their team on a commission-only basis. The role involves sourcing, engaging, and placing Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) with partner clinics across the United States.

Ideal candidates will have experience in recruitment, strong knowledge of the ABA field, and exceptional communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to earn uncapped commissions while working flexibly from home.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales (healthcare or ABA field preferred).
• Knowledge of ABA industry and roles (BCBA, RBT, etc.) is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified BCBA candidates through various platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and ABA providers.
• Screen candidates for qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
