Applied ABC in Glendale, AZ is seeking a results-driven BCBA Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist to oversee the full lifecycle of BCBA recruitment across multiple states. This role requires engaging passive candidates, building strong pipelines, and aligning with clinical leadership on hiring needs and compensation expectations.

You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, BACB Certificant Registry, and ABA-specific boards to attract top BCBA talent while representing Applied ABC at conferences

Qualifications

• 2+ years of specialized BCBA recruitment experience.
• Multistate recruiting experience across multiple markets (AZ and beyond).
• Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, BACB Registry, and ABA-specific boards.
• Knowledge of BCBA licensure requirements and supervision.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end BCBA recruitment across multiple states.
• Build and maintain proactive BCBA candidate pipelines.
• Partner with clinical leadership to understand hiring needs and compensation expectations.
• Represent Applied ABC at ABA conferences, events, and career fairs.
• Utilize multi-channel sourcing, Boolean search, and data-driven metrics.
