The role requires 2+ years in specialized BCBA recruitment, strong multi-state experience, and expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and ABA boards. On-site in California with a mission-minded team.

Qualifications

• Multi-state recruitment across major markets (CA, FL, TX, NY, etc.).
• Expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and ABA-specific channels.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end BCBA recruitment across multiple states.
• Build proactive pipelines and engage passive BCBA candidates.
• Partner with clinical leadership to align hiring with capacity and culture.
