Applied ABC in California is seeking a BCBA Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruitment for BCBA positions across multiple states. You will build proactive pipelines, engage passive candidates, and partner with clinical leadership to determine hiring needs.

This role requires 2+ years of BCBA recruitment, multi-state experience, and mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter and ABA job Boards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of specialized BCBA recruitment experience.
• Multi-state recruiting experience across CA and other states.
• Expert proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, BACB Certificant Registry, and ABA-specific job boards.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment for BCBA roles across multiple states.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines of BCBA candidates.
• Partner with clinical leadership to understand hiring needs and compensation expectations.
• Represent Applied ABC at ABA conferences and university career fairs to build brand visibility.
