Job summary

BrightSpring affiliate SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care seeks a BCBA to lead behavioral health programs across multiple settings in Illinois. The role involves mentoring staff in Positive Behavior Support, contributing to interdisciplinary teams, and conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments with actionable reporting.

Responsibilities include designing and delivering behavior plans, providing direct treatment, and participating in committees.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline.
• BCBA certification required.
• Strong data entry and record-keeping skills consistent with Oakwood requirements.

Responsibilities

• Models and trains staff in Positive Behavior Support principles.
• Serves as a member of Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) providing expertise re: behavioral issues.
• Responsible for Behavior Plan assessment, design, training, monitoring, and reporting.
• Conducts behavioral assessments and provides interpretations of results.
• Provides direct behavioral treatment via replacement skills, social skills, crisis de-escalation, and coaching in all applicable settings.
• Monitors restraint use and provides training to reduce.
• Monitors challenging behavior.
• Participates in Behavior Intervention Committee and other relevant committees.
