Qualifications

• Doctoral or Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline. (required)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Model and train staff in Positive Behavior Support methodologies.
• Serve on Interdisciplinary Teams (IDTs) with behavior expertise.
• Design, train, monitor, and report on Behavior Plans.
• Conduct descriptive and functional behavioral assessments and interpretations.
• Provide direct behavioral treatment across settings including skills training and de-escalation.
• Monitor restraint use and train to reduce it.
• Participate in Behavior Intervention Committee and related committees.
• Deliver individualized services for specialty intermediate care (IC) patients as required.
• Follow all organizational policies and procedures.
