Positive Behavior Support Corp. in Illinois seeks a compassionate BCBA/BCaBA to join our mission-driven team and lead individualized ABA services. You will design and supervise behavior intervention plans, mentor RBTs and staff, and ensure high-quality care across home, school, and community settings.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Related degree required; licensure/certification may apply per state.
• Experience designing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to lead, communicate, and collaborate with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train team members, families, and stakeholders.
• Implement ABA programs in home, school, or community settings.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to support progress.
• Analyze data, adjust plans, and ensure ethical PBS practices.
