Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services through its SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care division is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead behavioral programs, train staff, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across multiple care settings.

The role emphasizes analysis, program design, and implementation of positive behavior supports, with a focus on clients with ASD, IDD, and mental health needs, in residential, school, and community environments.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline. BCBA certification required.
• Ability to record/enter data neatly and accurately per organizational standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to individuals and small groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train staff in Positive Behavior Support principles.
• Serve on Interdisciplinary Teams providing behavior expertise.
• Design, monitor, and report on Behavior Plans.
