Job summary

Able Autism ABA in Houston / Clear Lake seeks a BCBA to oversee autism treatment programs for patients up to 18 years old. You will conduct assessments, develop data-driven behavior intervention plans, and supervise RBTs and trainers to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities include managing caseloads, coordinating with families, and ensuring BACB supervision compliance while advancing clinical outcomes in a dynamic pediatric ABA setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• Certified BCBA in good standing with BACB supervision requirements.
• Holds payor credentialing requirements (e.g., NPI, CAQH) in the State of Georgia.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, PEAK; data analysis; program writing; and behavior intervention plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide program oversight for patients with autism up to age 18.
• Conduct behavioral and skills assessments and develop behavior intervention plans based on data.
• Train and supervise RBTs, RBT Fellows, and Trainers, including competency assessments and BACB supervision requirements.
• Maintain caseload oversight and collaborate with families on individualized treatment plans.
